A deposit of 50% will secure a place on a scheduled training course at one of our venues. The balance is due within 30 days from date of invoice. Any courses booked within 1 month of course date must be paid in full at time of booking. Courses are limited to 14 students max. A minimum of a 30% deposit will be requested for on-site courses and training tours. Deposits are non-refundable.

Cancellations: We require notice of cancellation in writing at least 30 days prior to the start date of a course. We reserve the right to charge full payment thereafter. We do have a waiting list for cancellation places and will endeavour to fill these and transfer students to later dates wherever possible. This is at our discretion only. For transfer of course dates, at least 4 weeks notice is required.
